David C. Wiers
President
David C. Wiers has over 20 years of experience in creating and delivering innovative solutions in the energy industry. Mr. Wiers has participated in many deregulated markets from their inception and has shared his expertise at numerous conferences and forums, advocating electricity deregulation and representing third-party aggregator, broker, and consultant (ABC) channels. Mr. Wiers leads the strategic vision of the firm which serves over 50,000 accounts and has secured more than $250 Million in energy savings for its clients. Mr. Wiers is a Magna Cum Laude graduate of Carthage College, where he earned a B.A. in Business Administration and Marketing with an emphasis in Economics. He is former board member of the Young Executives Club of Chicago, is a Board member of TEPA and also serves on the Carthage College Board of Trustees.
Aleks Urosevic

Aleks is responsible for providing energy advisory services, managing client relationships, client retention and business development. Prior to his current position as a Vice President, Aleks served as a Senior Energy Advisor and the Director of Pricing for Satori Energy and worked in Revenue Management for an Apartment REIT. Aleks was born and raised in Chicago, IL but currently resides in Lake Geneva, WI. He holds a B.A. in Accounting from Carthage College and an M.B.A. from the Kellstadt Graduate School of Business at DePaul University. Outside of work, Aleks enjoys playing competitive soccer and spending quality time with his family and friends.
Jim Orban
Director OF Sales
Jim Orban has been an energy advisor since 2009, helping clients navigate the complexities of energy markets and procurement. In 2019, he joined EnergyNext to lead the development and expansion of energy aggregation programs, delivering substantial value to participating members.
As Director of Sales, Jim oversees business development, client retention, and relationship management, while continuing to provide strategic energy advisory services.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business with a concentration in Finance from Eastern Illinois University.
